I am a small Mom & Pop shop (well, I am more a Mom Shop as I had to fire Pop- he says he quit and we debate about that!). Anyway, this is not a big store with a massive inventory. I love the products I retail and I will gladly do returns or refunds within 30 days of purchase for any reason. Most things can be personalized and embroidery is the only personalization that is charged a $5 fee. Please allow a week for that service. Have fun shopping and I am so glad you are here.
